Only experienced and qualified nannies can join Happy.
Our rigorous selection process ensures that only the best nannies are selected.
We ensure all applicants have at least 3 years of proven experience working with children. Our nannies must also have a Working with Children Check, Police Check, and valid First Aid certificate.
After clearance through our background check, all applicants are invited to an interview. We assess each nanny for personality, attitude, reactions to situations, and their sense of purpose.
All vehicles must meet our requirements and pass an annual roadworthy vehicle inspection.
Happy nannies have full licences, a clear driving history and they have not been involved in any major accident.
You rate, we listen! Our nannies work hard to maintain the highest ratings and nannies not meeting our requirements after being hired are removed.
Parents receive text notifications throughout the ride. You’ll be notified when the nanny is enroute,
confirmation that your child has been picked up and final confirmation when your child is dropped off.
Parents can track rides or sitter bookings in real-time, staying informed from the start to finish. Prior to any booking, parents can view the nanny’s profile and chat with them.
Our machine learning considers your family’s needs and pairs you with a small pool of nannies, ensuring long-term relationships and consistency.
Happy nannies ensure that kids are picked up and handed off safely and according to your instructions.
