Safety in our Platform

Our rigorous selection process ensures that only the best nannies are selected.
Parents can track rides or sitter bookings in 'real-time'.
Prior to any booking, parents can view the nanny’s profile and chat with them.
Happy nannies have full licences, a clear driving history and they have not been involved in any major accident.
All vehicles must meet our requirements and pass an annual roadworthy vehicle inspection.

All Happy nannies either have a minimum Cert III in Childcare, or are currently completing childcare education. We ensure all nannies have over 3 years of proven experience working with children.
Our nannies must also have a Working with Children Check, Police Check, valid First Aid certificate & CPR training.
