HOW CAN WE HELP?
Sitters require a current Working With Children Check (WWCC), National Police Check, First Aid Certificate, minimum 3 years of proven experience working with children, Public Liability Insurance, a profile photo, Proof of Identity (Passport, Birth certificate, Citizenship certificate, Immigration card), and an ABN (Australian Business Number). In addition, successful applicants will be invited for an interview and further assessed. Those who successfully pass the interview will be accepted onto our platform 😊.
Nannies are shown an estimated amount when viewing potential bookings, however the final payment amount is calculated by the minute and the distance travelled. Therefore, if the service is longer than estimated, the customer is charged the revised amount. Your earnings will be paid weekly into your elected bank account provided upon sign up. During the current promotion, Happy takes no cut from nannies.
